The Essex Egyptology Group is a friendly group of people who are passionate about Ancient Egypt and enjoy bringing fun and creativity to their learning. We welcome new members of all ages, from professional archaeologists to hobbyists.
To become a member of the Essex Egyptology Group please use the contact/enquiries form on this page to send your name and contact details to our membership secretary. Meetings are usually held on the first Sunday of the month, and in 2023 we plan to hold our meetings partially in person at the Spring Lodge Community Centre, Powers Hall End, Witham, Essex CM8 2HE and partially on Zoom. Please see the Meetings page for dates, venues and speakers.
Full membership for both types of meetings is £36 for the year commencing January 2023. In person only or Zoom only is £18 for the year commencing January 2023. If you join during the membership year then your subscription will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the time from joining until the end of December 2023.
